From material to settlement
Request a pickup, then CrownMen receives, processes, and evaluates your material. We document the assay and settlement before payment follows according to the approved terms.
Five simple steps
We guide you from the pickup form through packing, refining, testing, settlement, and payment.
Step 01
Fill out the pickup form or contact CrownMen to get started. Tell us what material you have, and we will help with the next step.
If you are unsure about an item, set it aside and ask us before throwing it away.

After you submit the form, we will call to confirm the lot size. We will then send packing material for your dental scrap.
Pack the material, and a courier company will pick it up and deliver it to CrownMen.
Step 03
When CrownMen receives the material, we weigh the lot, then process or melt it into a homogeneous form ready for testing.
This helps us evaluate the full lot, even when precious metal is not easy to see.
Step 04
We test samples from the processed lot with XRF, averaging readings from four angles. Fire assay is also part of evaluating gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.
